Return and Refund Policy for OVIA

Thank you for shopping at OVIA. We are dedicated to providing high-quality skincare while ensuring full compliance with UAE Consumer Protection regulations. 

1. Order Cancellation & Refunds (Before Delivery)
• Standard Cancellations: You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time BEFORE it has been shipped or received. 
• Process: To cancel, please contact us immediately through the contact form or via instagram direct message with your order number. 
• Refund Processing: Once cancelled, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank's policies.

2. Post-Delivery Policy (After Receipt)
• Hygiene & Safety: Due to the nature of skincare products and for public health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been received and delivered. 
• Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide your order number along with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund for you.
