OVIA – Shipping Policy
Delivery Coverage We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Delivery Timeframe Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on your emirate and location.
Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Payment
- Product payment is made online at checkout before your order is dispatched.
- Shipping fee is paid separately in cash to the delivery driver upon receipt of your order.
Shipping Charges Shipping fees range from AED 30 to AED 50, depending on your delivery region within the UAE.
Important Notes
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
- OVIA is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

سياسة الشحن – أوفيا
نطاق التوصيل نقوم حاليًا بالتوصيل داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة فقط. لا نشحن خارج الإمارات في الوقت الحالي.
مدة التوصيل يتم توصيل الطلبات عادةً خلال 1–3 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب، وذلك حسب الإمارة والموقع.
وقت معالجة الطلب تتم معالجة الطلبات خلال 1–2 يوم عمل. الطلبات المقدَّمة في عطل نهاية الأسبوع أو الأعياد الرسمية ستُعالَج في يوم العمل التالي.
الدفع
- دفع المنتج: يتم إلكترونيًا عند إتمام الطلب قبل الشحن.
- رسوم الشحن: تُدفع نقدًا بشكل منفصل لمندوب التوصيل عند استلام الطلب.
رسوم الشحن تتراوح رسوم الشحن بين 30 و50 درهمًا إماراتيًا حسب منطقة التوصيل داخل الإمارات.

- يُرجى التأكد من صحة عنوان التوصيل ورقم التواصل عند إتمام الطلب لتجنب أي تأخير.
- لا تتحمل أوفيا المسؤولية عن التأخيرات الناجمة عن معلومات عنوان غير صحيحة مقدَّمة من العميل.
